Drop-off & Pickup Hours

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM · 2:00 – 5:00 PM

Last-Day Boarding Pickup

On the final day of a weekend boarding stay, pets must be picked up before 1:30 PM — similar to a hotel checkout. Weekend pickups after 1:30 PM incur a $29 per dog late fee. Please schedule your pickup time in advance, especially if you've requested an exit service.

Holiday Closures

Our lobby is closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on holidays, including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Pets boarding over a holiday will still receive full care — only drop-off and pickup are paused.
