Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 – 9:30 AM · 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM · 4:30 – 6:30 PM

Last-Day Boarding Pickup

On the final day of a weekend boarding stay, pets must be picked up before 1:30 PM — similar to a hotel checkout. Weekend pickups after 1:30 PM incur a $25 per dog late fee. Please schedule your pickup time in advance, especially if you've requested an exit service.

Holiday Closures

We are closed for drop-off and pickup on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Pets boarding over a holiday will still receive full care — only drop-off and pickup are paused.
